It is our aim to ship Australia wide and provide free shipping on most items where possible. Change of shipping details may not be supported once we receive your order. Company name is required for commercial addresses. Tracking information is provided to all orders. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We hope you will love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind or purchased the item by mistake you can send us a message to request a return within 14 days after your order has been delivered. Please obtain return authorisation and instructions from us before sending your item back.
You must return the item in new and saleable condition, in original sealed packaging and/or tags attached and along with all included accessories, fitting kits and instruction manuals. The item must be returned within 10 business days after your return request is authorised. For change of mind/purchased by mistake returns, shipping fees and risks are at buyer’s cost. A refund will be decided after the returned item has been inspected. Shipping fees (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% of the item price plus $10 will apply, which will be deducted from the refund.

Unless stated otherwise most of our items come with a standard 1 year warranty, excludes normal wear and tear and/or misuse of items. Please send us a message and provide details of your claim. The item must be returned within 10 business days after your return request is authorised.
