An old family recipe brought to life with a gentle spicy smokiness. A blend of red capsicum & cayenne chilli smoked using our traditional method, this chilli jam is perfect for cheese plates, to die for on goats cheese! Damn good on fish/seafood, chicken and pork, or simply substitute regular sweet chilli sauce with this twisted flavour bomb.
