Old Bones Chilli Co an Australian small batch chilli sauce and condiments producer - we make award winning products including chilli sauces, chilli oil, chilli salt and smoked chilli jams. Our sauces’ heat range covers spiciness from mild to medium/hot, with amazing flavours. We believe a great chilli sauce should enhance one’s dining experience, not mask a good meal with extreme heat and no flavour. We use the finest ingredients (using only real chillies, no dehydrated chilli powders or fillers or artificial flavours). When we smoke our chillies - we use real hickory wood chips, not smoked powders. Our products are Gluten free and Vegan. Our products are multi-awards winners. We have won over 50 product awards (including BBQ and grilling sauces categories) in Australia, USA, UK, France, Germany and International competitions.
