On the palate the wine is full bodied with rich flavour\'s of blackberry, black berry and a touch of mint. The tannin\'s are firm but well integrated, providing structure and complexity to the wine, while acidity is balanced and adds freshness to the finish. Perfect for red meat dishes or with strong cheeses.
