This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon that goes perfectly with your favourite pizza or a rich tomato-based pasta. The wine is ready for drinking now and with a few years under its belt be sure to give it a little time to open up after decanting.
From The Winemaker
The 2017 vintage produced grapes of optimum ripeness, resulting in a rich, complex, and full-bodied wine. Dark crimson in colour and a long palate displaying intense cassis, blackberry, and tobacco leaf notes supported by oak barrel nuances. With a long life ahead of it, this wine will form harmless natural sediment as it gracefully ages.
