This large dog kennel provides ample exercise space while the chain link mesh all around helps prevent mischief and unexpected accidents, while enabling ventilation.
The dog kennel is made of galvanised steel. The included top canopy, made of 100% polyethylene, is fire-resistant and UV protected, providing protection from sun, rain, snow and other weather conditions.
The hinged door swings outwards and ensures extra security and safety for your dogs thanks to the lockable latch system.
Assembly is really easy. Delivery also includes one canopy top.

If you decide to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding applied shipping costs).
Your responsibilities in this process include:
Covering the return shipping cost of $19.99 to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.
The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:
Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.
To initiate the return process, follow these steps:
Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

We received our kennel in perfect condition and we are very happy with our purchase. The instructions to erect it was vague and more detail on how to erect it would be most helpful.
