A Workout Bench Is More Than Just A Bench You Sit On When Taking A Break

I bought this bench press about a month ago and is fantastic for the price . Has many positions for incline and the seat is also adjustable , which is a huge bonus as it stops you from sliding forward . The padding is reasonably thick and comfortable . Very easy to assemble .

The quality is not the best but is very good for home use and for the price you pay. I just wish it came with a manual to show you all the exercises that can be done with it.
