The directions are useless. It won’t go back to even 1/2 it’s inflated size. Once inflated, that’s it.

It is the same thickness as my double self inflating mattress. I will use it with a mattress topper and it will be perfect! I am hoping to go hiking after I have recovered from surgery on my back.
