Floor to ceiling ball sits too low and isn't adjustable so basically not able to use it. Not bad apart from that

This product eventually arrived in 2 consignments, although MyDeal didn't let me know there would be 2 packages, which could arrive separately. The body arrived very quickly, but the courier (CouriersPlease) lost the base and it took them a few weeks to locate and deliver it, with little or no communication. If I had been asked to rate the courier, they would have received one star. I find BOB is better for training than a punch bag, but the base ideally needs a bigger hole in the top so it can be filled with sand or concrete instead of water, as with water only it tends to move around too much, especially if you punch it too hard. Overall, I'm happy with this product.
