For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

It's brilliant, easy to assemble with step by step instruction. It's sturdy/solid, I purchased it along with the wood outdoor swing bed, but can easily unclip the bed, so grand kids can have their spider swing. Canopy will be great in the hotter weather, for added shade.
