Order Cancellations or Amendments

Please note that our order processing system is fully automated. As such once placed orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

Change of mind returns - If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order you may do so by advising us in writing within 14 days of delivery with some exceptions (see below). We will ask you to provide a photo to show that your item is in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. Once confirmed we will work with you have a carrier collect the goods for return. 

A change of mind may include, but is not limited to, purchases where:

  • You chose the wrong colour/size/product

  • You believe the item to be unsuitable for your needs

  • You do not like the product

  • Your personal opinion of the quality

  • Delivery was beyond the estimated date / arrived late

If you do not have the original packaging or your item has been opened and/or used we will not be able to accept your return. We do not refund outbound shipping costs and return shipping is at your own expense.

Exceptions: The following cannot be returned due to change of mind: Any Furniture that has been assembled or partly assembled and then disassembled, Health and Beauty products (EG Baby wipes, diapers, nappies, creams, etc). Products that are sold in a vacuum or blister pack (even if unopened), any item that is no longer in the original packaging or has been used and re-packed. If you are unable to provide a photo showing your item is brand new and unused we will not be able to accept your return. 

Any returns that are found to have been used or are not complete or in the original packaging will not be eligible for refund.

Once we receive your return and verify it's condition we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable and a 20% re-stocking fee applies 

(Please note that return shipping must be via our designated carrier and we do not allow returns to be 'dropped off' at warehouse locations)

Transit Damage In the event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact us in a timely manner and provide some images to show the nature of the damage to the product and the box if applicable. Where possible we will replace any damaged parts, if this is not possible we will arrange for the return and replacement of the product. 

Warranty Our products are covered by a statutory repair or replace warranty for domestic use. Some products come with a warranty card from the manufacturer and require that you register the product on their website to activate the warranty, we recommend that you do this wherever it applies. If your product develops a fault and you wish to make a warranty claim you may contact us.

Please provide a detailed explanation and images to show the issue and our team will provide advice on the claim process. Please note that products damaged by weather, misuse or that have been used in a commercial setting will not be covered under warranty.

  • There's good and bad about this pump. It looks fine, has all the components needed - a filter, the bio balls etc, but I suspect it's a close copy of a name brand pump but in lighter, cheaper plastic because one of it's main faults is that it fills with air and doesn't sink properly when submerged and keels over like a sinking boat. The balance is all wrong. My solution was to tie it to a bluestone block to weight it down. But that's not ideal. I put the block into a plastic basket to distribute the weight and not harm the pond liner. The other problem is that the fountain riser is not nearly high enough. When the pump sits in any reasonable depth of water, the spray head barely breaks the surface. Once again, had to modify with the tube of an old garden light which was the same diameter and some waterproof tape. So finally, plug the solar panel in (which is ok but could be a bit larger) and when the sun hits it right dead on, hey presto the small fountain spray goes off and looks quite nice. As soon as you get cloud etc or a dull day, it doesn't work at all. So if you have fish in your pond, this is not an option because it doesn't aerate or filter nearly as much as needed. All that said, for the price, and with a bit of tinkering, it works for the purpose I purchased it for - to get a new pond and plants going, so that in the warmer months I can put fish in (with an electric pump that works 24/7).
