Good to know:
  • Pack contents: Each pack includes 1 light (solar panel and number or letter) and mounting hardware. Simply purchase each letter and number required to make up your house number. 
  • Sunlight: The light should be positioned in a spot where it will receive direct sunlight for 8 hours per day for maximum charging.  
  • Daytime look: The numbers are white during the day and may be difficult to see on some light coloured backgrounds.
For protection of the light and personal safety, please only use a suitable replacement battery. Use of a different battery will void the warranty and may damage the light. Replacement batteries are available through Hoselink by contacting our friendly Customer Service Team.

Please note this solar light contains a Lithium-ion battery and therefore cannot be shipped via Express Post. All orders containing solar lights will be shipped via Australia Post's standard service.

Depending on the combination of items that you have ordered, they may be packaged separately, and often will arrive on different days. For example, our hoses and reels are sent separately to all other products.

Returns

Simply get in touch with our team via chat/phone/email within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll supply you with an Australia Post pre-paid postage label. You can print this out, attach it to the packaging and take it to any Australia Post outlet for a free return to our warehouse. Alternative, you can take the PDF version on your phone to the Post Office and they will print this out for you.

Once your goods have arrived at our warehouse, our returns team will process your refund or exchange usually within 48 hours. Please note, this can take slightly longer during busier periods.

ALL Hoselink Products carry a minimum of a 12 month warranty period.

We work hard to help our customers out with any product related issues you may have. We warranty our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage. 

Warranties are covered for the original purchaser (unless purchased as a gift) and from the time delivery occurred.  

The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear or damage to any non-Hoselink product used in connection with a Hoselink product.
