All items are dispatched from Melbourne in Australia. In most cases, delivery takes about 2 - 7 business days to arrive in metro areas; and up to 10 business days in other areas excluding weekends and public holidays. It is our aim to ship Australia wide and provide free shipping on most items where possible. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

You must return the item in new and saleable condition, in original sealed packaging and/or tags attached and along with all included accessories, fitting kits and instruction manuals. The item must be returned within 10 business days after your return request is authorised. For change of mind/purchased by mistake returns, shipping fees and risks are at buyer’s cost. A refund will be decided after the returned item has been inspected. Shipping fees (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% of the item price plus $10 will apply, which will be deducted from the refund.
