Simple Kind to Skin Soothing Facial Toner features a special blend of Simple skin toning goodness to help keep skin toned and refreshed; this blend includes ingredients like Pro-Vitamin B5, Witch Hazel and Allantoin.

This facial toner is ideal for using after your cleanser and before your moisturiser morning and night to help remove those last traces of dirt and make-up from your skin.

Just pop a generous amount onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over your skin using upwards movements. Like all of our products, Soothing Facial Toner is perfect even for sensitive skin, containing no artificial perfumes or colours, and no harsh chemicals that can upset your skin.

Domestic deliveries are sent using Australia Post. Australia Post defaults to a Safe Drop service for delivery of parcels in Australia. Safe Drop is when an Australia Post delivery person finds a suitable place at the delivery address where they can safely leave your parcel if it doesn’t fit in your mailbox or if you’re not home to receive it. Australia Post will automatically Safe Drop parcels that don’t need a signature on delivery, as long as their delivery person feels it’s a suitable option.

All shipments come with tracking included.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:

If you have changed your mind about a purchased product, you can arrange to return it to us for a full refund. In order to qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unopened, unused, untested and in its original packaging.

Postage for change of mind returns is paid for by the customer. The customer assumes risk of loss, theft or damage of goods during return transit. It is strongly advised that you opt in for a tracked shipment option with inclusion of postage insurance.

Bella Scoop will not be responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit. Returns not received by our warehouse will not qualify for a refund.

MISSING, FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your item is missing, arrives damaged, or is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. While we assess all claims fairly in line with Australian Consumer Law, delays in reporting may limit our ability to verify and resolve the issue.

Depending on your situation, we may request photos and may require the item to be returned to our warehouse for assessment.

Please do not dispose of any products or packaging until we’ve reviewed your case.

Once a return case is opened and a return label has been provided, the item must be lodged with Australia Post within 14 days.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
