Request
To initiate a return, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval.
You will receive an email with instructions to follow.
Return
Please repackage the item(s) securely, and drop them off at your local post office. Note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item(s).
Processing
Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution. Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed.
Refund Process
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
