Returns
We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The buyer has to pay for freight charges. No refund will be made unless chair is inspected in our possession if return due to choice (e.g colour) and nothing wrong with the chair manufacturing 30% restocking fees would be applied. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via our help portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return Shipping
Once the product has been accepted for a return, the shipping costs relating to a return will normally be paid by the client unless the product is assessed as having a major failure. In this case we will be responsible for any shipping costs and you will be advised how to return the product at no cost to you.
Cancelling a pre-order or back order

All SIHOO office chairs sold by SIHOO Australia are covered by a generous 3-year warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and provides coverage for a variety of components and functions.
3. Warranty Coverage Details
During the warranty period, SIHOO Australia will repair or replace, at its discretion, any part or component of the chair that is found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty covers all parts of the chair, including but not limited to:
Seat and backrest
Armrests
Base and casters
Hydraulic gas lift mechanism
Lumbar support
Headrest (if applicable)
Reclining mechanism
4. Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care.
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scuffs, scratches, and cosmetic damage.
Chairs used in non-office or non-residential settings.
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Chairs purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers.
Products marked as "as-is" or "used" at the time of purchase.
5. Warranty Process

If a repair or replacement is approved, our team will arrange for the necessary action.
6. Warranty Limitations
The warranty provided by SIHOO Australia is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects. SIHOO Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
7. Statutory Rights
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
