Rectangular Mats are designed to maximise comfort and warmth for cool-climate treks. At 8 cm thick and a winter rated R-Value, the Comfort Plus S.I. Rectangular Mats provide luxury in a packable size. A 30D stretch knit fabric is used on the top layer for a great next to skin feel, and a lightweight 30D polyester with extrusion laminated TPU is used on the base for increased durability. All STS self-inflating mats feature their unique, multifunction reversible single valve, designed specifically for self-inflating mats. No more fighting re-inflation as you roll up your mat!
Delta Core-V technology
STS Delta Core technique is a truly innovative approach to reducing the weight and bulk of the polyurethane (PU) foam core of their Self-Inflating mattresses. Their patent pending coring process removes up to 40% of the initial volume of the PU foam, retaining enough for optimal support and comfort, while minimising the packed weight and size of the final mattress. Importantly, this coring technique has the additional benefit of keeping the top and bottom surface of the PU foam completely intact. This ensures consistent warmth along the full length of the mattress, avoiding the vertical holes or frame-like gaps that have traditionally allowed warmth to leach downwards. The full foam surface also provides significantly improved bonding of the foam to the shell fabrics of the mattress, thereby greatly reducing the chance of delamination. The shape and size of the Delta Cores are adjusted across the different thicknesses of our mattresses to ensure strength and durability, while still giving the user excellent support and self-inflating performance.
A multi-function valve specifically designed for self-inflating mats
STS have literally put a new twist on the very successful multi-function valve so it specifically addresses the inherent characteristic of self-inflating mats—that is, the problem of the foam trying to re-inflate as you’re packing up. STS have engineered the “one-way” inflation valve to be reversible and used to prevent the mat from drawing air back in. This allows you to roll the mat up as small as possible without fighting re-inflation as you go. This patent-pending valve design has the same slim profile, faster inflation than traditional screw valves, easy pressure fine-tuning and super-fast deflation rate as STS air mattresses and pillows.

We will gladly replace, refund or credit any product, at our expense, under the following circumstances:
You received the product damaged or faulty (All claims to return an item damaged in transit must be made on soon as you receive your product.)
We sent you the wrong product
We haven't met our fair trading requirements as governed by Australian law.
Shipping returned products:
If you received a product by Australia Post, our customer service team will email you a RAN which you must affix on the package.
Post the package back to us using Australia Post Registered Post to avoid any possibility of a return item being lost. Once we receive the parcel we will refund your shipping costs.
Returns at your expense:
(You pay the return shipping costs and a restocking/admin fee up to a maximum of 20% of the item value may apply to recover our initial shipping costs)
We accept returns even if:
You've changed your mind about the product
You made an incorrect choice
You failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order
All claims to return a product for the reasons above must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. Should you contact us outside the 30 day period, customer service will consider each claim its merits.
Items returned under these conditions must be in 100% resaleable condition - goods which have been used or are in less than perfect condition are not able to be returned.
