Grading Guidelines are as below:
All of the following grades (A+, A, B and C) are fully functional. Grading is purely based on cosmetic condition of the device. All Gradings comes with a minimum 80% battery health. If you are looking for more or a new battery, please feel free to get in touch after placing the order via your order page.
Refurbished – Grade A+ (Premium Condition) - This device has been through a careful inspection and testing process, and is in a premium condition, without any visible sign of previous use anywhere on the device.ÂÂ
Refurbished – Grade A (Excellent Condition) - This device has been through a careful inspection and testing process, and is in excellent condition, which may have very minimal usage signs.ÂÂ
Refurbished – Grade B (Good Condition) - This device has been through a careful inspection and testing process, and is in good condition, which may have obvious signs of wear and tear from the previous use.ÂÂ
Refurbished – Grade C (Acceptable Condition) - This device has been through a careful inspection and testing process, and is in acceptable condition, which may have obvious signs of wear and tear including scratches from the previous use. Its definitely worth the price.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has the same clamshell form factor that was used on the previous model. However, Samsung has trimmed down the bezels around the display and reworked the camera housing. It also gets a refreshing two-tone color scheme with a black stripe running across the vertical dual camera setup. On the front, it gets an Infinity-O hole-punch camera instead of an Under display camera. Like the Galaxy Fold 3, it also hasIPX8 water resistance.
The main display of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a 6.7 inches Dynamic AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2636 x 1080 pixels. It is also a 120Hz refresh rate display with adaptive refresh rate technology. it has a twice as large 1.9 inches 60Hz AMOLED cover displayright beside the camera module.
Samsung Z Flip 3 also rocks theSnapdragon 888 chipset paired with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128/256GB UFS 3.1 ROM. Snapdragon 888 has an Octa-Core processor with 1 Cortex X1 core, 3 Cortex A78 cores, and 4 Cortex A55 cores. It is one of the first chipsets to employ the new Cortex X1 high-performance cores. Other feature includes Dolby Atmos Dual stereo speaker, GPS, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.2.
In terms of cameras, the Z Flip 3 is very similar to the Z Flip. On the rear, it has a 12MP main sensor and a 12MP ultrawide angle sensor.
We are Australian seller. All items are ready to be dispatched within 1-3 business days (weekend and public holidays are not included) after the payment is completed from our Sydney warehouse.
We use Auspost couriers to send all the items. And item will simply arrive within 1-6 business days after it is dispatched.
No need to take risk to buy from overseas. If you buy from overseas sellers, you will need to pay a high cost to send the item back for warranty. And wait more than a month to receive the item back.
Our courier only delivers during business hours Monday to Friday. Please nominate a shipping address which will allow you to sign for your parcel during these times (consider your work address).
Tracking numbers are provided to the buyer at the time of dispatch.
Once your item has been dispatched, please ensure someone is available at your nominated shipping address to sign for the delivery. Expect lengthy delays if no one is at the nominated address to sign for the delivery.
Please note that we do not entertain refunds in case of lost in transit if the order is shipped to the parcel lockers because no signature on delivery.

OzTech Gadgets also offers 14 days COM (Change-Of-Mind) return policy. All COM returned product will incur charge for re-stocking fees. The charge may varied depending on the item condition and case by case basis. However, OzTech Gadgets reserves the right to refuse the return if the product is not in reasonable condition.
