Shipping Information

We are Australian seller. All items are ready to be dispatched within 1-3 business days (weekend and public holidays are not included) after the payment is completed from our Sydney warehouse.

We use Auspost couriers to send all the items. And item will simply arrive within 1-6 business days after it is dispatched.

No need to take risk to buy from overseas. If you buy from overseas sellers, you will need to pay a high cost to send the item back for warranty. And wait more than a month to receive the item back.

Our courier only delivers during business hours Monday to Friday. Please nominate a shipping address which will allow you to sign for your parcel during these times (consider your work address).

Tracking numbers are provided to the buyer at the time of dispatch.

Once your item has been dispatched, please ensure someone is available at your nominated shipping address to sign for the delivery. Expect lengthy delays if no one is at the nominated address to sign for the delivery.

Please note that we do not entertain refunds in case of lost in transit if the order is shipped to the parcel lockers because no signature on delivery.


Warranty; Shop with confidence

- All the brand-new products come under manufacturer And all the Australian products have 1-year  manufacturer warranty under - Australian consumer law. You must contact manufacturer customer care centre to claim your  warranty.

- For Used Products, we offer 3-6 months’ warranty on most of products (conditions apply) used for private household use  from the - date of shipment (3 months commercial use). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by us, our may, at its option, repair the product or replace the product.

- We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival  (DoA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DoAs must be contact/return to us as soon as the device is delivered.

- Prior to returning any item, must contact our Customer Service Department.

- If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 30-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer expense.

- You are responsible to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return of the item. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, replacement items or store credit at our

- All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty. g. Battery, earphone, cable, carry bag etc.

- Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that  described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been  modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by our Store to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Return Policy

- If you want to return a Device, you have to follow our conditions under which we can refund your money. You can return the device in case any problem is reported in it within a time of 14 days from the day of purchase. After the returning period is over, OzTech Gadgets do not entertain returns.

- The item should have the purchasing slip as a record that you bought the particular device from us.

- The item should be returned with original packing and all the accessories that were provided with it.

- In the case of wrong shipment with the device having manufacturing defects, OzTech Gadgets provides the necessary compensations as soon as we are contacted.

In case you have used the device it still should be in new condition i.e., without any visible spots or scratches. It should not possess any signs of damage. In a scenario when a wrong order is delivered to you, OzTech Gadgets replaces it immediately you report to us. You can also be compensated with a full fee refund including the shipping charges if you ask for it.

Change of Mind Policy
OzTech Gadgets also offers 14 days COM (Change-Of-Mind) return policy. All COM returned product will incur charge for re-stocking fees. The charge may varied depending on the item condition and case by case basis. However, OzTech Gadgets reserves the right to refuse the return if the product is not in reasonable condition.
