Thanks to the useful 'Add & Weigh' function, you can save on the washing up and measure all of your ingredients in the same bowl. All you need to do is press ‘zero’, and the scale will reset, ready for you to add the next ingredient. You can weigh your ingredients directly on the platform, use the included 1.5-litre dishwasher-safe bowl, or a container of your own choice. There is no need to cause further clutter with a measuring jug, as this kitchen scale can measure liquids with the ‘Aquatronic’ feature. You can weigh all of your ingredients accurately in your preferred unit of measurement including, kilograms, pounds, ounces, ml and fl.oz. All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 days of receiving full payment.

If an item is not available due to stock shortages we will offer a full refund or where possible an alternative product.

All orders will be dispatched by Australia Post courier and you will be advised by email once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided.

RETURN POLICY

Returning a product if you change your mind

If you have changed your mind about a product, BRAND MERCHANT will consider your return provided that:

The product is returned to us within 7 days of the date you purchased the product.
The product is in its original packaging, including the instruction manuals and accessories if provided.

BRAND MERCHANT may refuse to offer a change of mind return where the above conditions are not met. The amount refunded would be for the cost of the product minus all the shipping cost incurred by BRAND MERCHANT including the original shipping cost and the returned shipping cost. BRAND MERCHANT will not authorize a refund until the product has been returned.

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged in transit, BRAND MERCHANT will accept your return provided that:
The case is reported to our customer service team and photographic evidence of the damage must be submitted via your account.
The product is in the same condition as when received by you. The product is in its original packaging, including any instruction manuals and accessories.

Return Process

3. Once the customer support team has confirmed the details to you, you must return the product to BRAND MERCHANT as soon as possible.

4. Upon receipt of the returned product, BRAND MERCHANT will assess the product to determine if the return will be accepted and a refund provided.
