Good quality for the price. Only problem is that the paper MUST be inserted square to the infeed slot, if not the paper goes askew and will not feed in properly. You then have to reverse it and pull the paper out.

This shredder is perfect for our home office. How ever I'm not sure it would be suitable for heavy duty shredding I.e. multiple sheets..but non the less happy with the product
