KEY DISPLAY FUNCTIONS :

Bat Key: Used to set the batch number (up to 4 digits)
"+" Key: Used to add the number of presetting the batch number
"-" Key: Used to reduce the number of presetting the batch number

Clear Key: Used to return to display total value menu

COUNT MODE :
3 Modes: free count, batch count mode & fixed count. The count mode can be selected by presetting the batch number
Free Count Mode: In this mode, the machine counts all the coins in the hopper with no stoppage until one of the coins receiving slot is full. This model machine will preset the Batch Number itself when power up.
Batch Count Mode: In this mode, the machine counts batch coins according to the presetting number. This count mode will be set by presetting an expected number on the Batch Number Display. Before counting, please use the "SET KEY" to select which kind of coins you want preset and then use "+","-" and "BAT" KEY to preset the expected number.

RETURNS:
- All returns must be approved by Always Direct before the item is sent back. Where appropriate, you will be issued with a return form. The return offer is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If goods are delivered faulty or not of acceptable quality (DOA), please contact us strictly within 14 days of receiving the item for Always Direct to approve a return. After the return has been received an inspected, Always Direct will, at their discretion, provide either a refund, replacement or repair dependent on the situation.
- If an item, upon its return is found not to be faulty after thorough inspection, a $50 service fee may be charged, as well as return shipping costs.
WARRANTY:
- After the DOA period has expired, a further warranty period may apply.
- Most Always Direct products come with a 3 month warranty unless specified otherwise on the individual product description.
- If a fault should arise within the warranty period, a replacement will be issued. If the item is no longer available then a full refund will be given.
- Many products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty in the event of a defect.
