History: Throughout the Dino Dana movie, Dana must tussle with the T-Rex! One of the most iconic and well-known predatory dinosaurs, the Tyrannosaurus rex was a giant carnivorous dino with a mouth full of sharp teeth!

Scientific Name: Tyrannosaurus rex ("Tyrant Lizard King")

Characteristics: This T-Rex toy features movie accurate details straight from the Dino Dana film, including a feathered appearance and a color pattern straight out of the film. But that's not all - by using your phone to scan the QR code on the figure's hangtag and downloading the Dino Dana app, you can scan the figure's barcode to make this Feathered T-Rex "come alive" in an Augmented Reality environment!

Change of Mind Returns: We may provide you with a product exchange or refund only when we receive the returned product. You are responsible for payment of return postage on your order.

Customer should cover the return shipping for change of mind purchases, if the item is still new, unused and sealed in original packaging a full refund will be processed once item is returned. ( Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving the order)

Address Changes: If you enter the incorrect name or shipping address details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee. You will also be responsible for reshipping charge

Return process: If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us within 14 days after receiving the order. We will investigate your issues and advise whether your product may be returned and how to return your goods.

Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, send the goods to third parties for assessment and/or repair.

You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.
Any refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 14 days after receiving the order.
