Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Oh , at last something works for me :) I have been unable to twist the usual pepper mills due to arthritis in one thumb and a dislocated second thumb😟. But now I’m in charge again ! Oh happy me :)

Finally some that work. You can buy lots of these type of salt and pepper grinders but they alway stop working after a short time or need batteries every week. These have lasted ages and work so well, my friend has asked me to get him a set.
