RETURNS
We accept returns. Please contact us immediately if:
01. You have changed your mind or not satisfied with product and wish to request a return within 30 days after item received. Provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
02. Your product was damaged during transit.
03. You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased (see our warranty terms and conditions for full details)
Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.
In cases where customer simply changed their mind and wish to return the product (within 30 days) buyer will be responsible for the cost and risk of shipping back to us. Once item is received and inspected Seekit will refund the original amount less $10 (original shipping and handling), plus up to 50% restocking fee if product is opened and used.
If buyer wish to cancel the order while is in transit, the refund will not be initiated until item is sent back to our warehouse and the original amount less $10 will be refunded.

For your peace of mind, all our products come with 1 year Australian warranty (Parts and Labor) unless stated otherwise. We value our customers and wish to make your purchase experience enjoyable. If something goes wrong with your product, you should always contact us for assistance.

For your peace of mind, this product comes with 1 year warranty (exclude free items, freebies or gifts) unless stated otherwise. We value our customers and wish to make your purchase experience enjoyable. If something goes wrong with your product, you should always contact us for assistance. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. In addition to your statutory rights, Seekit offer a 12-month warranty (unless stated otherwise) on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). Seekit warranty as outlined above and below does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. In instances where a warranty period longer than 12 months is advertised on the product listing; this relates to coverage of structural components. The Seekit warranty does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The Seekit warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by Seekit to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance). Parts purchases, consumable components, and accessories [such as pool diaphragm, chains, carry bags, batteries, hoses, grinding discs, mats, nets, belts, cables, wheels, blades, tubs, safety gear etc.] are not covered by Seekit standard warranty once used. Should your part or consumable component arrive with a manufacturer's fault please contact us to discuss a resolution prior to using the item. Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution Seekit can offer may vary. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to determine fault/issue. If the products are unusable upon receiving or there is a major fault, the customer may send product back to Seekit and choose between a full product refund via the original payment method or a replacement product. In the case of a minor failure, the Seekit warranty may cover fitment of replacement parts or offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. Who pays shipping? Buyer is responsible to return the item to Seekit and once the item is repaired or replaced Seekit is responsible to return it to the buyer. But if product sent back and is tested not faulty, Seekit reserve the right to charge shipping cost on the buyer.
