Returns Policy

As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.

A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.

  • Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item

  • Large (Mattress) – $45 per item

  • Unfortunately I can't compare this product to others on the market as this is the first robot vacuum we've had. It's been a little over a month since purchase and so far we are happy with the job it does. We run it a few times a week while at work so it's very convenient and great at keeping the floors tidy during the week. We haven't used the "mop" feature yet as we have open carpeted areas that we can't close off but will try it out at some point when we are home. Although these vacuums are automatic, there is still the need to use a manual vacuum with stronger suction (which we do when we do a full house clean). MyDeal was great to purchase through, we had a little delay hiccup in delivery but a quick phone call to MyDeal had it rectified and we received the vacuum a couple of days later.

  • For the price point, this is a great little robo vac. Had one years ago that cost a lot more and this thing out performs. With 2 short haired dogs there’s always fur on the floor but this little machine runs every day for an hour and easily picks up 90% I’m sure the more expensive fancy ones do a better job but for $200 can’t really go wrong!!

  • Doesn’t have a mapping function that makes it a bit hard. Does a pretty good job vacuuming. Seems to do the same spots over and over a few times. Will definitely find one that has a mapping function in the future.

  • I bought this for my parents and so far has worked very well. They mostly have hard wood floors and it works well on low suction mode. You can adjust the suction mode for carpet etc via the app. The only reason I took 1 star off is because it’s not as smart as the robot vacuum I have. It seems to be a bit aimless at times going over the same area over and over. But eventually sorts itself out and finishes the job.

  • It is a great little machine, the fact that you can control it from your phone is awesome, haven't tried the mopping function yet but so far very happy with the product.
