How to Mold
- Boil water to 70-80 degrees and let it stand for 30 seconds.
- Submerge the mouthguard for 10-20 seconds. Make sure the water cooled a bit, preferably under 90 degrees.
- Remove with spoon
- Line up the mouthguard with the centre line of your upper teeth.
- Bite down gently and close your mouth, sucking in to get rid of any air trapped between your dental arch and the guard. Keep it there for around 30 seconds for a perfect fit. Avoid biting with excessive force.
- Once you're happy with the fit, take it out and use scissors to trim any excess along the gum line.
- Repeat the process if it doesn’t fit.
Recommended to replace every 3-4 months.
