I've used this machine for over a year now on a frozen shoulder and now muscle recovery. I mangled my arm up April 2022 and tore bicep, snapped elbow off and got a frozen shoulder. This injury flared up an old SIJ injury and I've used it for all. Easy to use, eased pain when the pills, ice, creams would not. Pads easily replaced. Nice and compact so I can take to work. I would highly recommend.
