Product good. Easy to install once I figured out the instruction book had errors. Recommend looking at pictures on site for correct positioning of arms.

Great fast delivery ( 48 hrs ) great value for money except I couldn’t use it where I wanted but put on a window in my other house which has brick exterior. The window I wanted it for is a relocatable home. Thanks again for good service. Regards Loretta
