My experience with this product didn’t start out great and I wasn’t so happy with how the supplier resolved the issue. One of the main metal pieces was squashed out of shape when we unboxed it and the supplier couldn’t replace it and could only offer a $13 refund for the part.. even though the whole product was useless without it! We couldn’t afford to buy another item so we had no choice but to find a solution for the damaged part. After spending a day trying to hammer and pry the piece back into shape, we were eventually able to assemble it but had to reinforce it with glue and additional screws. Huge pain!! However, apart from the one part, the item is exactly what we needed and looks wonderful now that we have installed it. A shame that the customer support couldn’t have made our experience a little easier to start with!
