We offer a full 12-month warranty on all items. If you believe an item is faulty please contact us with a photo or video, including a detailed explanation of the problem.
If we're unable to remedy the fault we will provide a return label and a refund issued or replacement sent out once the item is received at our warehouse.
If no fault is found we will refund the full amount less $15.
This is idea for the garden umbrella I purchased to shade the plants on my patio. It makes the umbrella stable and the weight is very good. I am happy with my purchase.

Great! Exactly what I wanted. Weighted stable, heavy base. It is quite large though - bigger than the usual bases.
