RETURNS POLICY
You must inspect the products and notify us of any defects in the products or if the products were not the ones you have ordered no later than 48 hours after delivery. You must provide us with Invoice/Order number for us to investigate with detailed reasons for return. Product must NOT have been used. Product must be returned ASAP in its original packaging.
We don't accept Refunds when we are considering that unreasonable excuses are explored e.g.:
We are not able to take back any products opened, used as for contamination reasons and Health and Safety Regulations.
Please note, all clearance items are non-refundable, and all clearance items are non-exchangeable. Brushes are not refundable as they are sold new & checked. Their use or misuse is entirely your responsibility.
