Installation Instructions:
Ensure to lubricate your pump needles prior to inflation.
Do not over-inflate, ensure the ball feels firm and not solid as a rock.
Changes in temperature and regular usage will require the bladder to be regularly topped up.
Perishable, High Wear & Tear Product: Bladders are not covered under warranty.
WARRANTY POLICY:
For all faulty or defective items, please contact us as soon as possible on receipt to arrange for a suitable outcome.
If a Product has a minor defect, we will provide a repair or offer you a replacement or a refund.
If a Product has a major defect, you are entitled to:
Reject the goods and receive a refund
Reject the goods and receive an identical replacement, or one of similar value if reasonably available, or
Keep the goods and receive compensation for the drop in value caused by the problem.
We cover return postage ONLY if the item received is fault/defect and we will issue you a return shipping label in this case. For other instance, the return shipping will be at your own cost.
