For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Absolutely perfect, great size, well made and also got a little extra gift of a foldable bowl which was a lovely surprise. Would recommend this product to any one who wants a safe place for your pet to just hang out in while at work or going away to places. Plenty of room I can fit my kittens bed,play tunnel , food bowls and kitty litter tray. Its great to know while I am out of the house for a few hours he will be safe and comfy in this big play pen.

Going well. My only suggestion would be the elastic wrap tie for when packing up not be near the door, as our puppy cannot resist turning it into a game.
