Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

The pillow is not stuffed enough, and clings to itself in lumps. Doggo does not like it.

I'm well pleased with this bed. Also the delivery time was 3 days. M no complaints there. I paid the same amount for a bed 6 months ago, without realising what I needed it to be, but this one has fixed all that. My dog got straight in, she's comfortable and asleep. I also will be able to take care of it properly. The old one fell apart with the first wash, I couldn't take it apart and the fluffy cover trapped every little thing. I also bought it one size larger than I thought would be right and it gives her a lot of room and she can find cool spots. I'll be back.

A bit small-the inside measurement would have been useful. Also, not a very plump or well padded cushion insert.
