Durable high quality and easy to clean. My dog likes to scratch and scratch to settle himself before laying down and this bed has stood the test of time. Not sure it's cools for too long one dog lays on it and it warms underneath them, but initially would cool them down.

We foster elderly dogs who come to us with at times complex health issues further complicated by their life upheaval from what they previously knew. We currently have 3 in our home. Two who have Cushings disease which means the hot weather can be a major discomfort for them. We brought the dogs these cool mats for inside and travelling. The aircon is usually on with extra fans in other rooms.we have found these mats have been a hit with them. Keeps them cool and comfortable, easy heat stress and joint pains. Not enough gel inside, it’s just two pieces of material with the smallest amount of gel between them, so when the dog lies on it the little amount of gel is squashed to the sides and the dog is left lying on two pieces of material - Disappointing.
