You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Pleasantly surprised at how sturdy this is. Very easy to assemble and well made. I placed it in a corner next to a shelf and my cat loves racing up the platform to her bed on top of the shelf so she can regally look down at us from her new spot. Highly recommend this item.

They could barely fit on the platforms and the pole is still quite wobbly even after fastening to the ceiling. Would probably be great for kittens and agile smaller or younger cats.

  • Unless your cat is a kitten, there is no point in spending money on one of these! We got the 5th one along (cream colour W box) and we have purchased 2 other cat towers from MyDeal before and they have both been awesome and we'll designed/made. This one has such a small base and with only one set of central points joining it it's super wobbly even with the screws in as far as they'll go and reinforced at the top to try jam it into the low ceiling. Then the height vs the diameter of the base (37x37cm) means it's just not enough to support it. Ours was up 1hr and was tipped over despite trying to stabilise it at the bottom. Seriously so badly designed, what a huge waste of ~$80! Super SUPER annoyed. Don't bother with these...

  • Easy to put together and reasonably sturdy.

  • Cat pole was exactly as expected, my cat appears to like it. Reaches the ceiling, fir the high climbers , its compact design is a space saver.
