For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

I really loved the fact I can have my little one at my height while I'm cooking or working etc instead of in the rocker or bouncer right from a month old. I think the only cons are; no wheels but it's very light and easy to slide around and the last con is the fact the seat is so hard so being able to use it from newborn is slightly misleading because you can't have a newborn or baby less than I think 9 months on the hard surface so it definitely should come with a padded seat liner/insert and shouldn't be sold separately for $50 plus. I first tried a thin blanket, which was okay for very short periods but then I had to order the liner due to the seat belt areas, in the mean time I discovered the pram seat liners that are padded fit into it as well too bad I had already ordered the liner. Otherwise I am really happy with the size, colour, way baby sits in it and how nicely it fits under out table, i would definitely buy it as a gift or recommend it to others.
