Maitake mushrooms, treasured for relaxation, calm, vitality and glow, have been a staple of Asian cuisine for centuries. The quality of our raw materials is critical, and we ensure we consistently use the very best Maitake that have been ethically and sustainably sourced from Zhejiang Province. To maximize the beneficial polysaccharides (B-glucans), we use the traditional hardwood growing method and a dual hot water extraction process (no alcohol used). We have full traceability to the farm where the mushrooms are grown and harvested in April and October.
We use 100% fruiting bodies which have the highest level and variety of polysaccharides, triterpenes, and phenolic compounds. Our Organic Maitake Mushroom Extract Powder includes 8:1 Native Extract Ratio > 20% B-glucans.

Change of Mind returns are accepted for categories NOT mentioned above as excluded, subject to the below conditions:
Returned within 14 days of taking delivery of the product(s)
Returned in their original packaging along with all included accessories
New condition and suitable for resale
Not have been damaged during the customer's possession up to where the seller receives the product
The customer bears the risk and cost of the return, including return postage.
Returns must be via a tracked service.
If the returned goods do not meet the criteria set out in this policy, the goods will be sent back to the customer at the customer's cost.
