ProHeat elements
Exclusive to Dualit, the ProHeat elements within each slot are fitted with an armour-plated layer to make them less susceptible to everyday wear and tear. Additionally, the elements are constructed in a way that enables more even toasting.

Manual ejector lever
With a manual ejector lever, you can check the progress of your toast without disrupting the warming process. By raising the toast on your own accord, you don t have to rely on inconsistent automatic pop-up mechanisms.
When can you return or exchange a product?
If your item has not been unboxed and packaging remains intact, we are able to return the item for a full refund, if notified within 7 days of the date of delivery. Your refund will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed to be in good condition. Please note that items that have been used or installed are not eligible to be returned for either a store credit or refund.
If you notice an appliance has been delivered to you in a damaged condition, you must report it to the driver on site or customer service team, as soon as possible. Damaged appliances are not to be installed/connected/used.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept mattress returns as a result of customer error or due to a change of mind. The only mattresses we can accept a return are the Universe Bed Co Mattresses as a part of their 120 night trial.
Of course, nothing in this returns policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded. If you are a "consumer" under the ACL, the following notice applies to you: "Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law ("Consumer Guarantees"). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
