Nature's Way Restore Probiotic 30 Billion is a 3-strain probiotic containing 30 billion colony forming units (CFU) of good bacteria, including the Howaru Bifidobacterium lactis (HN019) strain.

These strains help maintain digestive and gastrointestinal health and help provide relief of symptoms including bloating, and gas. They may also help decrease symptoms of traveller's diarrhoea, and relieve constipation.

Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 capsule daily, or as advised by your healthcare professional.

For traveller's diarrhoea: Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 to 6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years.
