Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Don't often write reviews but this fellow has impressed me from Day 1. My 4th and least expensive robot vacuum but easily my most reliable. An aggressive, persistent little beast that regularly persists it's way out of the maze my house is and always seems to have enough battery to make the distance. Lacks bells and whistles that my others have had and perhaps not the most powerful sucker but makes up for it by just consistently getting the job done.

Im a busy person, this helps with my housework immensly. Time to do other things except sweeping tiles and vaccuuming. Turn it on every day twice a day to get all crumbs and pet hair.. Advise to fully vaccuum carpet thoroughly first off then use Genie everyday..Love it

We have only had our MyGenie for a week but are very surprised by how well it vacuums. We only use it on our living area vinyl but it picks up all the dirt from the floor leaving a dust free floor to mop. It gets stuck on power leads or furniture occasionally but so far we are quite happy with this product.
