Moo Chews calcium rich snacks are sweet and mouth wateringly delicious, and are a healthy alternative to confectionary using the natural sweetness of milk, real fruit (where applicable) and Xylitol, which is a naturally occurring substance that provides the sweetness of sugar but without the health drawbacks associated with sugar. Xylitol contains a fraction of the calorific content of sugar, is safe for diabetics and is kind to your teeth, in fact it provides a natural enamel for your teeth and doesnÕt contribute to dental cavities like sugar does.

Moo Chews are available in five flavours that children love, Creamy Banana, Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate and the original, Milk flavour. Real fruit powders are used to produce a wholesome depth of fruit flavour in our sweet snacks and in our chocolate milk chews, organic cacao powder is utilized to create that unmistakable hit of chocolate that children love.

FLAT RATE shipping per order of $9.95 Australia wide and FREE delivery for orders over $99 on all items from Simply For Me.

Orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 2 business days although most are shipped same or next business day.

Delivery times below are estimates only based on advice from Australia Post and our courier network. Actual delivery may be faster or slower if there is congestion in the network. We are based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

Same state (QLD): 2-4 business days
Interstate Metro & Large Regional (Excluding WA and NT): 3-6 business days
Interstate WA: 5-9 business days
Remote areas (Including NT): 8-14 business days (Very isolated areas and Islands can be longer)

All deliveries will be safe dropped wherever possible. Please check your tracking advice regularly as some carriers no longer leave calling cards.

We carefully check every individual product before it's packed and sent to you. For health and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns just because you changed your mind or your personal circumstances have changed. For all products, returns are only accepted when there is a fault with the product or it arrives damaged or in an otherwise un-usable condition.

Please be aware that fraudulent returns will not be accepted. Where such returns are rejected by us, you will be required to pay for return postage so we can return the items back to you. We will hold the goods for up to 30 days, at which time they will be deemed abandoned and disposed of at our discretion without any further liability.

Should there be a need to return your order to us, please contact us first before sending anything back.

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new condition. If your item arrives noticeably damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur once a return is authorised. We will issue you with an RMA (return merchandise authorisation). Please do not send a return until you receive your RMA. Please message us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.
All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage or any mis-representation of the goods if you believe.
Please take photographs of any damage and email them to us before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our delivery courier and warehouse.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Should your product be faulty in any way, please contact us promptly so we can guide you through the correct process for having the fault rectified under this warranty. Depending on the nature of the fault, we may either repair or replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) including any shipping you paid.

When returning anything to us, you must send it back with valid tracking which can be monitored online. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. We can't do anything if the item is not received by us.
