The umbrella features a durable 160GSM polyester fabric cover which extends to a maximum of 2.2 metres in diameter and 2.2 metres in height. The fabric cover is both UV and weather-resistant. The umbrella’s frame is constructed from steel that is powder-coated to ensure longevity.
It utilizes a cantilevered side-post design which ensures the maximum useable space in the shade and eliminates the concept of a traditional central pole. This is done for both aesthetics and for the user’s comfort.
Utilizing the umbrella is simple. Just lock the umbrella’s position to desired height and adjust the crank handle in a clockwise or anti-clockwise motion dependent on how much shade you desire.
The umbrella is lightweight enough to move around and it can be stored away with minimum hassle.

Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Just OK - frame a bit flimsy and umbrella fabric poor quality - would rather spend more for a better made brand.

Wind up handle not working. Checked inside handle and nuts were not attached to screws and fell out. Rope inside was all loose. Have fastened them and rewound rope and it did wind up and down ok. Hope it stays up when I get a chance to use it. Ronda
