Our PARTIALLY HYDROLYSED GUAR GUM is a unique soluble fibre, also known as an indigestible complex carbohydrate, that is naturally derived from the guar bean plant.

PHGG naturally contains glucomannan, a prebiotic starch that helps to feed the good bacteria in the colon, thereby enhancing short chain fatty acids (SCFAs), bifidobacterium, and lactobacilli species, which positively benefit gut health and the immune system.

Directions:
