The rectangular frame has two parallel grips running across to provide a great positioning for Tricep Extensions, Bench Presses and more. With a general 170mm loadable sleeve area, the user can make precision weight adjustments using any Olympic plates they have without the massive investment on a set of fixed weight dumbbells. The vertical handles are embedded with the METEOR Standard Diamond Knurling, multi-purpose knurling with adequate grip and comfort.
