Lotus lecithin granules are made from a concentrated form of soy. They’re pale brown in colour with a slightly nutty taste. Lecithin is often used as an emulsifier in cooking but can also be sprinkled over cereal, yogurt, fruit, smoothie bowls and more to add a boost of nutrients. Improve texture of breads.
