The Revitalift Filler eye serum is formulated with 2.5% Hyaluronic Acid+Caffeine to revive tired eyes. The anti-ageing eye serum includes a triple roller applicator with three cooling, stainless steel beads to provide a full-eye contour massage that de-puffs and refreshes. Next, lift your lashes to the next level with Telescopic Lift Mascara. The high-technology formula is infused with ceramides, working to hold the lash lift for up to 36HRs**. It's tested under ophthalmological control to be suitable for sensitive eyes.

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1. HYALURONIC ACID EYE SERUM
After cleansing the skin, using the applicator, apply a drop of the L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Filler 2.5% Hyaluronic Acid+Caffeine Eye Serum to dry skin under the eye area. Using gentle, small circular motions massage the eye serum from the inner corner of your eye and sweep out to the temple. Gently smooth over eyelids with any excess leftover. The eye serum can be used in the morning or evening.

STEP 2. TELESCOPIC LIFT LENGETHNING MASCARA
Apply Telescopic Lift Lengthening Mascara. Layer as desired for more dramatic look.

We will dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking so that you can monitor your shipment.

Domestic deliveries are sent using Australia Post. Australia Post defaults to a Safe Drop service for delivery of parcels in Australia. Safe Drop is when an Australia Post delivery person finds a suitable place at the delivery address where they can safely leave your parcel if it doesn’t fit in your mailbox or if you’re not home to receive it. Australia Post will automatically Safe Drop parcels that don’t need a signature on delivery, as long as their delivery person feels it’s a suitable option.

All domestic shipments come with tracking included.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:

If you have changed your mind about a purchased product, you can arrange to return it to us for a full refund. In order to qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unopened, unused, untested and in its original packaging.

Postage for change of mind returns is paid for by the customer. The customer assumes risk of loss, theft or damage of goods during return transit. It is strongly advised that you opt in for a tracked shipment option with inclusion of postage insurance.

Bella Scoop will not be responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit. Returns not received by our warehouse will not qualify for a refund.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:

If a product is missing, arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 3 business days. Depending on your situation, we may require you to provide photos or to arrange for the faulty products to be returned to our warehouse.

Please do not dispose of any products or packaging until we have spoken to you about your case.

Once a return case is opened and a return label has been provided to you, the faulty item return must be lodged with Australia Post within 14 days.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
