Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.
We had an older model which was great. We mainly used our oven for cooking chips. It finally died after 3 years constant use so we bought the newer model. The outside housing looks much nicer. However the 'improvemnts' they have made to the rotating chip cage are not practical or user friendly. Instead of being able to just insert the rotating cage into the oven, the new model requires insertion of a metal rod through the middle of the cage (too bad if it is full) and then securing the rod with metal wing nuts before you can insert the cage into the oven. To open the cage after cooking requires unscrewing the nuts and removing the metal rod before you can open the cage door to access cooked food. This is because the door, which is now also much smaller, is on the end of cage instead of the wired side. Imagine doing all this while the cage is red hot. Fortunately we kept our old cage, (which is larger because they have also made the new cage smaller with the 'improvements') and are able to continue using this with the new unit. Also one of the 2 wire racks is too small and does not fit. They should have left the cage the way it was.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this Air Fryer. I read all the reviews and decided that I had to buy one. It's a great size and cooks meat to perfection (unlike my fry pan). The rotisserie is a bonus that I can't wait to try as well. Saves money on turning on the oven. Very happy!

This is suppose to be 14 l but it was smaller than my 10l air fryer,the cord is to short,but it cooks up very well

I love the fact that l can cook and bake all my recepies - like pizzas, toasted sandwiches, warm up anything l wish, great for Tbone steak, l could go on forever about the virtues of this amazing little oven. It is so very easy to keep clean. Great for saving on electricity, and it doesn't heat up the kitchen in summer time like the conventional oven would. I can recommend this beautiful product to anyone who is still sitting on the fence about this new way of cooking. I have never looked back and you won't also once you buy this fantastic product❗️ I'm thrilled with my little helper and l can't think my life without it....thank you MyDeal Australia 👍🌹♥️❗️

This unit cooks well, but the digital control panel was faulty on the original purchase and the replacement unit suffered the same problem after a short period of use. I have resorted to a stuck on paper copy of the lower controls. The attached photo shows the missing controls with red arrows where they should be.

The air fryer works really well. The rotating cage stopped working after a few days but the seller promptly replaced it with a new one in no time at all. I definitely recommend buying from this seller.

First unit, display lights died one at a time. New unit sent out under warranty. Jury’s out on weather this second unit will survive, so far it’s been ok.
