Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

This original item failed in the rotisserie, the replacement has now failed in the same way too! The assembly practices is poor... They need to add thread locker to the rotisserie drive cog securing screws! I cut myself deeply on the wrist and finger tip twice on the very thin sheet metal during disassemble and reassemble process to diagnose and correct the fault on the replacement item. Sadly, the build design is lacking in quality.

Complete disappointment. The air fryer will not turn on. Power supply is not the issue. See picture where a green light for a different appliance's lead attached to the same power board is lit - and I have tried switching the leads around. The problem is with the fryer. There is no response whatever to pressing and holding the On button, including no display (see other picture). The On button itself seems loose. In addition, pressing any of the rectangular control buttons results in the rest moving as well. Slow delivery. Waste of money.

FINALLY a large enough air fryer that fits what I want in it , and a really good looking unit that I may sit on my kitchen bench and it does not look ugly or cumbersome.
